Mansfield's Four Seasons Shopping Centre is 40 years old
Four Seasons Shopping Centre is 40 years old this year and staff are appealing for shoppers to share any old photographs of the complex to go on display during the birthday celebrations.
The town centre shopping complex first opened on March 9, 1976 and will mark the anniversary with a party the weekend beforehand.

Rebekah O’Neill, centre manager, said: “We are thrilled to be celebrating Four Seasons’ 40th birthday.
“A lot has changed over the last 40 years both at Four Seasons and in general and we are looking forward to taking this opportunity to reminisce and celebrate.”
Rebekah has her own memories of visiting the centre as a child, including shopping at Zodiac Toys and dropping her ladybird purse in the centre’s famous – and much-missed – fountains.

“With more than 24 million local people visiting us over the last 40 years, and many thousands working here at some point in their careers, we know there are millions of memories out there in our great town.
“We are therefore asking people to share their memories with us via our Facebook page, Four Seasons Shopping Centre.
“We are also asking people to share with us any photos, or newspaper clippings that they may have.”
