Mansfield man fined more than £2,000 after he threw building materials from his van

Christopher Moles, 26, of Sadler Street, Mansfield, admitted depositing bags of waste, contrary to section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Building materials, including bags of tiles, a sink with taps and a toilet - the waste from a bathroom refurbishment - were found on Green Lane in Pleasley on November 4, which had been fly tipped from the back of his van.
