The pair was allegedly seen looking through an outbuilding window at a property on Whaley Road, Langwith, about 9pm, on Wednesday, April 9, with a torch. A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesman said the owner of the property claimed to have observed three people near the outbuilding with a torch and he detained two of them. Police arrested a 27 year-old man and a 15 year-old male, from the local area, on suspicion of attempted burglary and they were released on police bail pending further enquiries.
