Police concern for teenager reported missing from Kirkby

Regan Tempest was reported missing at around 10pm on Wednesday night.

He is white, of medium build and is around 6ft tall. He is described as having short, light brown hair and was last seen wearing black shorts, a white and grey hoody, royal blue v-neck t-shirt, grey Nike trainers and a navy blue shoulder bag.
